Moving and getting ready for a baby is quite an experience. Back to the question, is it a boy or a girl? Well let me tell you about the sonogram visit. It was Andrew, my best friend and me; the doctor was checking the baby from head to toe to see if everything is good and the baby is healthy. Well they baby is moving around so much that Andrew and my best friend is making fun of the baby and so therefore I laugh making it hard for the doctor to finish. Finally it gets down to is it a boy or girl?? The doctor says, “There is one leg, two leg and three legs.” Andrew goes great I made an alien.” It was the funniest saying that I have ever heard. Tears of joy were running down Andrew’s face. I had the biggest smile on my face that no one has ever saw. We are so happy to start a family with a boy and hopefully way down the road we will have a girl and then our life will be complete. I can’t wait till January 16, 2011 as for that’s when the due date is. God Bless!

A New Addition-- Boy or Girl?

Well gang, I haven't posted anything on here in awhile. I figured since now that we have BIG news I can finally write a blog.
Let's see here it all started when I went for a physicsl at the doctors. They ask your normal questions in which one of them I told the nurse "I don't know." They preceeded in wanted to do a pregnancy test. Let me tell you guys, I'm sitting in the exam room thinking oh no big deal it's gong to come out negative and I can live life like Andrew and I been doing. The doctor came in and said "I'm pregnant." I'm in shock, can't believe it, a whole bunch of questions just came through my mind. The first person I wanted to tell was Andrew but he was work. He had called right after I left the doctor's office to see how it went. I couldn't tell him over the phone so I wrote him a note acting like it was the baby. He read it twice when I picked him up from work and didn't realize what I was trying to say. When it said "Love Baby Pope" He said your not pregnant are you? All did is just smile!
Well, I'm 12 weeks pregnant and couldn't be happier. Even though it was unexpected we are planning to do everything it takes to raise this child. Andrew is happy and doing more research about this pregnancy than I am. I have gone through morning sickness; realizing that I can't too much sweets. Hopefully in 2 months we will be finding out what the sex of the baby is. Andrew and I want a boy but whatever God gives us we will be happy since we are blessed. I guess for right now pray that we will have a healthy baby with no problems!! Thanks A & C

Chloe at the Dog Park

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 216px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_ATtXdT-TkiM/S5xeNRSCloI/AAAAAAAAAB8/JcNF-z-uMd4/s320/Chloe1.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5448333231281837698" />
It is crazy to know that we would even get a small dog. We had always talked about getting a big dog even when Andrew and I were dating in high school. It just happened to be that one of my friend's was giving min pin's away and we had to have one. We fell in love with Tink, my dog. She was amazing and I miss her. She ran away a couple of months ago. Wherever she is hope she is in good hands. Her sister, Chloe, we love her to death. Chloe is unique min pin, who is complete opposite. She loves our space heater, especially after her baths. Chloe has learned to be a Labrador retriever. She will chase ducks in the creek near the dog park. Today, she almost got one and another time we were all walking and didn't even know we were going into a whole bunch of them. Well I didn't she did. Chloe isn't crazy about the dog park even though when we try to go she will play. Then when we are standing there she just follows us. Andrew and I love going to the dog park just the fact we will take a walk and enjoy our time together. We love Chloe a lot. We call her our daughter. This was random but realized hadn't posted anything in awhile.

Pastor Jim Brown

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 100px; height: 130px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_ATtXdT-TkiM/S5K07CbIkRI/AAAAAAAAABo/vaw86UPvToA/s320/0302brown.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5445613825800311058" />

All of you might not know this but I love going to church. These past couple of years I have visited some churches around in the Dallas area. One church that really stands out, that I wish was whole lot closer to my home is New Life Church Center. This church is between Aubrey and Pilot Point. The people welcome you no matter what walk of life you have been through because all they say is that God forgives and He forgets. They love you no matter what. I got to know the Pastor really well over the course of last year by visiting with him once week to discuss issues I was going through in my personal life. He gave the best bear hugs like my father and grandpa. Well this past Sunday night, he died of a heart attack. I didn't find out of the news til Wednesday evening right when the viewing had started. (It takes an hour an half to get there) Andrew and I got dressed and flew to Pilot Point. We made it there an hour before the viewing was over. It was packed, let alone the car got stuck in the mud. We had to stand in line, moving slowly we finally made it to the front of building. Pastor son's were outside and were doing holding up well. Still waiting in line an hour had passed by. I'm freezing borrowing Andrew's suit coat. We get in the Auditorium and I see a little bit of Pastor Jim in the casket. Ok guys, I don't do well with these kind of situations for it is rough for me. I knew I was still in shock from the news, I was in and out of crying. Finally we made it to see him. He looked good and liked how they had him in the casket. He was holding the Bible. It was good see him one last time despite of the situation. The funeral was the next day and was bummed I couldn't go but pray for the Brown family during this difficult time. I can say this though, he died what he loved doing; preaching. Our car was finally out of the mud and went on home and to say I hardly got any sleep that night.

4 Months and...

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 308px; height: 244px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_ATtXdT-TkiM/S4OC-_B0VwI/AAAAAAAAABA/8UaQ_0XwoRA/s320/cpope.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5441336793376249602" />
Ok guys and gals, it has been 4 months being married and what can I say; AMAZING!! Many people say the 1st year is the hardest and I can agree to that. Andrew and I have had moments but other than that; I couldn't ask for anything else. All of you know that the wedding was small but that doesn't mean we will have something later down for all of you who weren't invited. We will have a get together to celebrate what you've missed. We love our family alot. They have helped us alot in these 4 months and we continue to let them help us. Jobs have been a chore for us but with God's help there will be one that will be able to stay so we can get back on our feet. Never did I thought I would blog again. I have a blog running around somewhere its just lost on the internet, is that right, I dunno. I will doing more blogs, BTW as in Andrew's career, BIG ANNOUNCEMENT to make soon!...:) Alright well, short blog, I know.
